This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we deliver our products and services, including important terms regarding access, delivery timelines, and customer responsibilities.
Digital Product Delivery
All digital products, including but not limited to courses, training materials, and community access (Legacy Builders program, Ultimate Branding Course (UBC), Mavericks Mentorship Community), are delivered electronically. After the purchase is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with instructions on how to access the product. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address at the time of purchase to avoid any issues with delivery.
You will typically gain access to digital products immediately upon successful payment. In some cases, access may take up to 24 hours if manual approval is required for membership to the Mavericks Community or other personalized services. Mavericks Mentorship Community and Subscription Fulfillment
Membership to the Mavericks Mentorship Community is granted immediately after the successful subscription payment. Access to live coaching sessions, personalized social media plans, and additional training is included.
You will continue to have access to community resources for as long as your subscription remains active and payments are current.
Subscriptions for the Mavericks Community are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Your subscription grants you continuous access to the community, resources, and coaching as long as payments are made on time.
If your payment method fails or your subscription is canceled, your access to the community and all related materials will be revoked. No partial refunds or prorated access will be provided if you choose to cancel mid-term.
Reseller Fulfillment for Legacy Builder and UBC
As a reseller of the Legacy Builders and UBC programs, you will receive full access to the product and resell rights after completing the purchase. The resell rights grant you permission to sell the programs as-is. You are not permitted to alter the content, branding, or pricing of the products. Resellers must provide accurate product descriptions and terms of sale to their customers, adhering to the guidelines set by the original creators.
If you have purchased these programs to resell, Just-A-Mompreneur is not responsible for providing customer support to your end customers. You are expected to handle all customer inquiries and support requests related to your sales.
Refund Policy
All sales of digital products, including online courses and community subscriptions, are final. Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access granted after purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Please review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
Certain products or services may offer a trial period or demo access. If a trial is offered, the terms will be clearly outlined on the product page. No refunds will be provided after a trial period ends, and full access is granted.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information during checkout, including valid email addresses for delivery and payment details. Any delays or issues caused by inaccurate information will not be the responsibility of Just-A-Mompreneur.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the proper technology to access our digital products. This may include a functioning internet connection, compatible devices, and updated software (such as PDF readers or video players). We are not responsible for issues arising from the lack of adequate technology on the customer’s end.
Affiliate Program Fulfillment
Affiliate payouts are processed monthly and will be sent via the payment method specified in the affiliate program.
