This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we deliver our products and services, including important terms regarding access, delivery timelines, and customer responsibilities.

Scope. This policy covers delivery and access for our digital products, programmes, and communities worldwide. Where local law provides non-waivable consumer rights, those rights apply.

Digital Product Delivery

Digital product delivery. Access to The LLS Method™ tracks and related materials is delivered electronically through our learning pages and community. After purchase you receive an on-screen confirmation and an email with access instructions.


Access is typically granted immediately after successful payment. In some cases it may take up to 24 hours if manual review is required. If you have any issue, contact support@justamompreneur.com.

You will typically gain access to digital products immediately upon successful payment. In some cases, access may take up to 24 hours if manual approval is required for membership to the Mavericks Community or other personalized services. Pre-Orders and Staged Release

Some programmes open in pre-order or early access. You receive access to available modules immediately, with remaining modules released on a staged schedule shown on the product page.

Access Duration + Account Use

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, programme access is lifetime for the life of the product. Your licence is personal and tied to your account. Account sharing is not permitted.

Community Access

If your purchase includes community access, you receive it when your payment completes and for as long as your included access remains active. If your plan is on a recurring basis and a payment fails or you cancel, community access will pause or end. No partial refunds or prorated credits are provided.

Licensing and Resale

Some products may include optional resale or licensing rights offered under Programme-Specific Terms shown at checkout or in your dashboard. Those terms set what you can sell, how you describe it, pricing rules, and your support duties to your own customers.

Refund Policy

All sales of digital products, including courses and community access, are final. Because access is granted on delivery, we do not offer refunds. Where local law provides a non-waivable right of withdrawal for digital content, we will honour that right as required.

Certain products or services may offer a trial period or demo access. If a trial is offered, the terms will be clearly outlined on the product page. No refunds will be provided after a trial period ends, and full access is granted.

Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and payment details at checkout. Ensure you have a working internet connection and compatible devices or apps to view content. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information or lack of compatible technology.

Affiliate Program Fulfillment

Affiliate payouts are processed monthly and will be sent via the payment method specified in the affiliate program.

Payouts may be adjusted for reversals where an underlying customer payment is refunded or disputed under applicable policies.
