The purchase of digital products, including but not limited to PDF downloads, online programs, courses, memberships, and community access, is subject to the following terms and conditions. Consumers are advised to review these terms carefully before making any purchase.

All transactions for the purchase of intangible products, including PDF downloads, online programs, courses, memberships, and community access, are processed through secure payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe, which use SSL encryption to ensure the safety and security of your credit card and debit card information. Please note that your payment details are not stored during this process.

Processor fees. Bank or processor fees are set by your provider. These fees are not collected by us and are not refundable.

Our products are digital and delivered by granting access. Because delivery is instant, all sales are final.
Statutory rights. Where your local law provides a non-waivable right of withdrawal for digital content, we will honour that right as required. You agree that performance begins when access is granted and that you lose the withdrawal right once access starts.

If something goes wrong. We will review and remedy the following edge cases reported within 7 days of purchase:
• Duplicate purchase or double charge for the same item.
• No access delivered within 24 hours of successful payment.
• Defective or inaccessible file/module where we cannot provide a working replacement.

Approved remedies may include re-delivery, access correction, or a refund to the original payment method.

If a plan includes recurring access, you can cancel at any time in your account or by emailing support. Cancellation stops future charges. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the current billing period.

Chargebacks

If there is an issue with your order, contact us first so we can help. Filing a chargeback for a valid, delivered digital order may result in account suspension while the matter is reviewed with the payment processor.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes apply to purchases made after the effective date below.
