These Resell Terms govern the Resell License for The LLS Method™. They apply worldwide. Where local consumer law grants stronger rights, the stronger rule applies.

• Just-A-Mompreneur means the company that owns and operates The LLS Method™ brand and platform.

• LLS Method or LLS means the platform, sites, and products offered under the domain llsmethod.com and related subdomains.

• Resell License means the permission to sell one or more LLS tracks under these terms.

• Self-Hosted means the reseller uses their own domain, sender email, and payment processor.

• LLS Hosted means sales and checkout pages are hosted by LLS Method on an llsmethod.com subdomain and payments are processed through LLS Method’s payment accounts.

• Track means an LLS program tier, namely Kickstarter, Practitioner, or Creator.

• Merchant of record means the entity that processes the transaction and is recorded on the buyer’s receipt.

A Resell License allows you to sell LLS tracks and receive revenue according to the setup model you choose. Each license costs USD 100 per year and renews every 12 months unless cancelled before renewal. Technical setup is included as described in Section 5.

• Kickstarter License: unlocks one income stream. You may resell Kickstarter.

• Practitioner License: unlocks two income streams. You may resell Kickstarter and Practitioner.

• Creator License: unlocks three income streams. You may resell Kickstarter, Practitioner, and Creator.

A higher license includes the lower tracks. You do not need multiple licenses for the same person.

You must select one setup model for each license.

4.1 Self-Hosted

You sell on your own domain and process payments through your own payment account. You receive 100% of the sale price paid by your customer, less any fees charged by your payment provider. You are the merchant of record. You must use the official price published by Just-A-Mompreneur for the relevant track and may not change that price.

4.2 LLS Hosted

LLS Method hosts your sales and checkout pages on an llsmethod.com subdomain and handles payment processing, product delivery, and customer support. You receive 70% of the sale price paid by the customer. LLS Method is the merchant of record and transactions are processed through LLS Method’s payment accounts.

You may request to move from one model to the other. LLS Method will coordinate timing and technical steps.

LLS Method provides technical setup after you purchase a license and select a model.

5.1 Included scope

The included setup covers time and effort only. It uses the standard website and storefront template for the licensed track or tracks with minor customisation. Minor customisation includes brand name, logo placement, colour adjustments, and basic copy insertion. It does not include a fully custom website, bespoke layouts, extensive copywriting, or custom development.

5.2 Third-party costs

You are responsible for all third-party costs, including domain registration, DNS hosting, email service or mailbox fees, payment processor fees, and any optional software or integrations. LLS Method does not purchase or fund third-party services on your behalf.

5.3 Access and prerequisites

You will provide timely access to your domain registrar and email service where required for DNS and sender authentication. Delays in providing access will extend the setup timeline.

5.4 Change requests

Requests that go beyond minor customisation may be quoted separately. After initial sign-off, additional changes may be billed.

5.5 Model specifics

• Self-Hosted: domain connection, branded sender email configuration, and standard sales and order pages for the licensed track or tracks on your domain.

• LLS Hosted: hosted sales and order pages on an llsmethod.com subdomain assigned to you, a unique reseller link, automatic delivery, support routing, and payment processing through LLS Method’s accounts.

LLS Method will contact you by email to complete setup and will specify any additional information required.

You must hold an active student account for the relevant track or tracks. If a track requires certification before selling, you must complete that requirement first. Resell Licenses are personal and non-transferable.

7.1 Price control

All retail prices for LLS tracks are set by Just-A-Mompreneur. These are the official prices and apply to every channel and model, including Self-Hosted and LLS Hosted. Resellers may not change, discount, rebate, subsidise, or otherwise alter the official price.

7.2 Currency and taxes

Official prices are set in USD unless Just-A-Mompreneur publishes a local price. If you display prices in another currency, you must use the local equivalent of the official USD price using the conversion method supplied by Just-A-Mompreneur. Any required taxes or government fees may be added where applicable and clearly disclosed. Passing through payment processor fees is allowed only where permitted by law and must be clearly disclosed. None of the above may be used to reduce the official price.

7.3 Promotions

Only Just-A-Mompreneur may authorise promotions or temporary price changes. If a promotion is announced in writing, you must apply it exactly as specified, including timing, geography, and presentation. Self-initiated coupons, cart-level discounts, rebates, “pay what you want,” or strikethrough pricing are not permitted.

7.4 Advertising parity

The price shown in ads, landing pages, order pages, and the final checkout must be the same official price. Do not use reference pricing, strikethroughs, “was/now,” or comparative claims unless supplied or approved by Just-A-Mompreneur.

7.5 Bundles and bonuses

You may offer your own bonus items provided they do not reduce, offset, or imply a lower effective price for the LLS track. Make clear that any bonus is your independent offer and not part of the official product.

7.6 Enforcement

Violations of this Section 7 are grounds for suspension or termination under Section 14. Just-A-Mompreneur may withhold or reverse payouts for transactions that do not follow these rules. Repeated or deliberate violations may result in license revocation without refund.

7.7 Updates

Official prices and any temporary promotions will be communicated by email or posted on a page designated by Just-A-Mompreneur. The most recent notice controls.

You may describe yourself as a “Licensed reseller of The LLS Method™.” You may use approved product names, logos, and page templates supplied by LLS Method. You may not present yourself as an employee, partner, franchise, or exclusive seller. You may not register domains or social handles that imply official ownership of the LLS brand, and you may not alter core product content. If you are unsure about brand use, contact support.

For Self-Hosted, you are the merchant of record and are responsible for checkout, applicable taxes, first-line customer communication, and delivery coordination as specified in onboarding. LLS Method provides product support through normal LLS channels after a buyer is onboarded.

For LLS Hosted, LLS Method is the merchant of record and is responsible for checkout, applicable taxes, product delivery, and customer support. You focus on promotion using your unique link.

For Self-Hosted, payouts are made by your payment processor according to its rules. You are responsible for taxes, filings, and disclosures in your region.

For LLS Hosted, LLS Method pays your 70% share according to the method and schedule provided in your onboarding email. You must keep payout details up to date and provide any forms required by law.

Resell Licenses are non-refundable once activated.
Customer refund rules follow the merchant of record. For Self-Hosted, your refund policy and applicable law apply. For LLS Hosted, LLS Method policies and applicable law apply. Chargeback abuse may result in suspension while the matter is reviewed.

You must comply with these Resell Terms and with the site Terms, Privacy, Refund, and Fulfilment policies. You must comply with email, SMS, social, and advertising platform rules. Unsolicited messaging, prohibited claims, and unlawful advertising are not permitted. LLS Method may update these terms to reflect changes in law or platform rules

Each Resell License runs for 12 months from activation and renews at USD 100 per year unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel before renewal by contacting support or by using any account link that LLS Method provides. If a license lapses or is cancelled, selling rights end immediately.

LLS Method may suspend or terminate a license for non-payment, brand misuse, misleading claims, breach of these terms, or where required by law or platform rules. LLS Method will normally attempt to resolve issues with you first.

For Self-Hosted, you collect and control customer data for your buyers and must keep it secure and lawful.

For LLS Hosted, LLS Method collects and controls customer data and shares performance information with you that is necessary for payouts. All processing must comply with the site Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The following examples illustrate the models and are not promises of income.

Example 1: Selecting LLS Hosted at 70%. You prefer to avoid technical setup or your country does not support Stripe or PayPal. LLS Method runs checkout and delivery on a hosted llsmethod.com subdomain. You promote your link and receive 70% of each sale.

Example 2: Selecting Self-Hosted at 100%. You want full control on your own domain and plan to add products later. Payments flow through your processor and you receive 100% of each sale, less any processor fees.
